Will the DVD's work on my DVD player?
The DVD's are region free which means they will play on over 99% of DVD players. This includes the major Gaming Systems (Sony Playstation and Microsoft XBOX) If you experience problems with the DVD's we will be happy to offer you a Full Refund.

What if I have a defective disk?

In the rare occurrence that a disc is defective or does not completely function, we will replace it free of charge.  We are not responsible for player incompatibility issues.  Your player may not be compatible with the latest disc formats, particularly if you have an early model player.  If you suspect that you might have an issue, please provide us with your player's brand/model details, and we will look into this for you.

       What is the Compatibility of these Collections?

    These collections are created on high quality DVD-R discs and are Region Free
    (NTSC, Region 0). This means that they are playable on most standalone DVD
    players worldwide, PlayStation 2, X-Box, and all computers that have DVD
    playback software installed with a DVD-ROM drive.


       How are the Episodes organized for these Collections?

    The Episode List on a Collection's Details Page will list all of the episodes in the
    order in which they appear on the actual DVD collection. Most collections have
    been compiled in chronological order.


      What is your Source for your Collections?

    A Collection's source may vary even episode to episode. The various sources
    include, but are not limited to, VHS transfers and Digital Files. A VHS transfer
    is when a show or episode is taken from a VHS tape recording and converted
    to a digital or DVD file. Digital files include DivX, XviD, MOV, RM, RMVB,
    MPEG, WMV, AVI, VOB, and MPEG-4 formatted videos.


       What does the Quality Rating for a Collection mean?

    The quality of a Collection is based on an average of both the video and audio
    quality of the episodes from a given collection. Episodes of a single show may
    come from various sources which may affect the quality rating. As these Collections
    are NOT DIGITALLY RE-MASTERED, they may include station logos and banners
    from the original source. We do try to get the best quality available for each of
    our Collections. Our Quality Rating is based upon the Originally Aired Program
    not just in comparison to what is available from collectors.
